1970s Travilla One Shoulder Jersey Gown Online

Description
Amazing emerald green (much more vivid and truer green that how it photoed) one should jersey gown by the infamous Travilla! Travilla is of course the genius behind Marilyn Monroe s Subway Grate dress from the move – The Seven year Itch. He was renowned for his pleat work and drape and this dress is a perfect example of that. The bodice swoops across the bust in hand placed flat pleats that are set on a curve. It gives the effect of the wearer being wrapped with the end of that wrap trailing down the back in a stunning swatch of fabric. The body of the dress has that same wrapped feel with an extra panel wrapping over the front. The jersey used is a good weight so feels solid when work but light enough to drape perfectly and really be flattering. If you love it in the photos you will be more pleased as the color and subtle texture of the cloth is better n person. Very Grecian goddess and very sexy. Excellent condition
